
Corina Stamate is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as Head of Property Management at Savills Egypt.
With over 17 years of experience in real estate, Corina specializes in asset and property management, with a particular focus on mixed-use schemes, retail, and office assets.
In her role at Savills Egypt, Corina leads the Asset & Property Management team, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 800,000 square meters of commercial, office, and mixed-use properties.
She is dedicated to implementing strategies that maximize the value and income of each property while ensuring optimal performance.
Corina has a track record of success in managing distressed assets from NPL bank portfolios, achieving desired KPIs to facilitate their sale. Throughout her career, Corina has demonstrated her expertise in strategic approaches, commercialization strategies, and asset financial management. She has collaborated with prominent industry names such as NEPI Rockcastle, AFI Europe, and Eurobank Greece, among others.
Corina holds an MBA from the UNESCO Chair in partnership with the Swiss Institute for Sustainable Management and the Universities of Fribourg and Geneva. Her academic background, combined with her extensive professional experience, equips her with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate landscape and sustainable management practices.
In addition to her role at Savills Egypt, Corina has led major consultancy projects in the MENA region, including the Red Sea Village Mega Project and the 205 Mega Project in West Cairo, Egypt.
